2nd May 2019

Jaguar just stepped up to the plate with the all-new fully electric I-Pace. Designed to give all other electric vehicles a run for their money with a stunning design, a range of 240 miles, and responsive road manners. The I-Pace can go zero to sixty in 4.5 seconds meaning you won’t be sacrificing power and the fun of driving with an electric motor. The I-Pace actually has two fully electric motors: one that drives the front wheels, and one that drives the rear making the I-Pace an all-wheel-drive vehicle ready for any weather condition. The two electric motor setup provides 394 horsepower and 512 pounds-ft f torque. Powering these motors is a 90-kWh battery pack. Warren Henry Auto of Miami says that a full charge with a 240-volt charger takes just under 13 hours. While a DC fast charger can do an 80 percent charge between 40 minutes and an hour and a half.

Jaguar offers the 2019 I-Pace in three different trim levels including the S, SE, and HSE. The base S model comes with adjustable air suspension, a panoramic fixed sunroof, heated side mirrors, automatic wipers, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, simulated leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, keyless entry, push-button start, a 10-inch center screen, navigation, Wi-Fi hotspot, and six USB ports. The I-Pace S is also packed with safety features including an automated parking system, low-speed collision mitigation, parking sensors, lane keeping assist, low friction launch, and all surface progress control.

The midlevel SE model adds a power liftgate, automatic high-beam assist, upgraded LED headlights, daytime running lights, auto-dimming and power-folding side mirrors, 20-inch wheels, leather upholstery, blind spot monitoring, high-speed collision mitigation, and adaptive cruise control.
