FIFA 14 – The Mobile Review

26th December 2013

The FIFA 14 is the latest installment in the very popular FIFA soccer franchise from EA Sports; it is also the first time it is available to download for free on smart phones and tablets.

I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical about the game being free to download because most free games have some kind of catch, sometimes they are demos of the full game, and other times you have to pay to enjoy the full features of the game. I’m happy to say I was wrong on all counts, and FIFA 14 is probably the best game I have played on a mobile device.

The FIFA 14 app is in the Ultimate Team mode, which allows you to manage your team’s roster, contract negotiations, and upgrade your player skills. You can do all of these without paying anything, as long as you are willing to play all the games. The games are fun to play, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

If you don’t want to play the games to accrue the cash to upgrade your team, you can pay cash to do so, you can also pay $4.99 to purchase the Premium pack, which includes the Kickoff mode, Tournament mode, and Manager mode.

The FIFA 14 graphics are great, and the game play is very detailed and easy to get used to, even if you have only played FIFA on consoles with control pads. You have 33 leagues and 600 teams to choose from, which gives you a chance to play with your favorite team and player. If you don’t have a favorite team, you can play with as many teams as you like until you find one you enjoy playing with.

FIFA 14 is one of the best and most realistic sports games available today, which is why it is one of the top selling brands in the world. Gamers that are familiar with FIFA and those who are new to it have no reason not to download FIFA 14, especially since it is free. But be warned, this game is a lot of fun and is hard to put down once you start playing.
