Every purchase of a new Hyundai vehicle comes with a three-year free subscription to Hyundai Blue Link. Hyundai Blue Link is an advanced telematics package designed for use with Hyundai vehicles.  Our technical consultant at Winner Hyundai at Dover, DE explained to us that the Blue Link system can be accessed through smart phone apps, like Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Let’s look at the key features of Blue Link and what they do.

Handy Features

A lot of the most interesting features of Hyundai Blue Link are circuits designed to make life more convenient for you. Here’s just a few:

Remote Start allows you to start your car using the app connected through your smartphone. Because you can set your climate control when you start your car, your vehicle is going to be comfortable and ready to go the moment you get in. Remote Door Lock & Unlock allows you to lock and unlock your doors which certainly comes in handy.  Remote Car Finder allows you to find your car if you forgot where you parked.

Safety Features

Hyundai Blue Link helps to ensure safety through Hyundai Blue Link Connected Care, a suite of safety and car care features. It also has Automatic Crash Notifications, which will notify a first responder of a crash so that help can be dispatched to your area. Enhanced Roadside Assistance can come to your aid if there’s a malfunction. Finally, Hyundai’s stolen vehicle assistance system will work directly with police to track down your vehicle and, if it’s in motion, deactivate it on the spot to assist in a safe recovery.

Vehicle Health Features

Blue Link helps keep your vehicle in top shape by providing you with an in-depth Monthly Vehicle Health Report. This report gives you a comprehensive evaluation of the different specific aspects of your vehicle’s performance. Blue Link brings that information to you so you can keep up to date on the state of your vehicle.
